By car:

If you are arriving from the East by autoroute A4 (Venice-Turin) exit at Desenzano and follow the signs for Salò (approx. 15 Km). At Salò, travel in the direction of Riva di Trento (SS 45 bis Gardesana), go past Gargnano and continue for 4 km to arrive at Porto di Tignale, the place called Prà de la Fam. The road is quite narrow with many tunnels.

If you are arriving from the west using autoroute A4 (Turin Venice), exit at Brescia Est and follow the signs for Salò (approx. 20 km). At Salò, travel in the direction of Riva di Trento (SS 45 bis Gardesana), go past Gargnano and continue for 4 km to arrive at Porto di Tignale, the place called Prà de la Fam. The road is quite narrow with many tunnels.

If you are arriving by the autoroute Brenner, exit at Rovereto Est, follow the signs for Riva, and then travel in the direction of Brescia (SS 45 bis Gardesana). Continue for about 20 km to arrive at Porto di Tignale, the place called Prà de la Fam. The road from Riva to Porto di Tignale is quite narrow with many tunnels, please take care.

Brescia, like Desenzano, is located on the Milan-Venice line, with frequent direct trains from major European cities. Desenzano is closer to Gargnano than is Brescia, but has fewer buses, while Brescia has them at all times.

If you are arriving by train from the North, get off at the Rovereto station, then take the Rovereto/Riva bus and change buses at Riva. Take the Riva/Gargnano/Desenzano bus and get off at the Porto di Tignale stop.

To arrive in Pra if you are travelling by airplane, you have the airports Valerio Catullo in Verona-Villafranca 60 km away, Gabriele dAnnunzio in Montichiari-Brescia 45 km away, Orio al Serio in Bergame 85 km away, Linate and Malpensa in Milan 100 km away and Marco Polo in Venice 195 km away.

These airports offer links to all major Italian and European cities.

- From the Verona airport: A.P.T.V. bus service, with the train station and Verona buses every 20 minutes (travel time 15 min.). From there the buses will take you to Desenzano.

- From the Montichiari-Brescia airport: bus service to the train station and Brescia buses (4 or 5 times a day).

- From Milan's Linate airport: bus services every 30 minutes to Milan Central Station (travel time approx. 25 min.).

- From Milan's Malpensa airport: bus service every 20 minutes to the Milan Central Station (travel time one hour), or shuttle train (Malpensa Express) every 30 mins to the Nord Cadorna Station in Milan (travel time 40 min.).

- From the Venice airport: every 30 minutes, bus service to the train stations of Mestre and Venice.
