CLEMENTINA
(a cross between an orange and a mandarin)

From the Oldesio path, you climb several steps and arrive at the garden. The entrance to Kumquat is located on the sixth terrace, which belongs exclusively to this studio.

The furniture, equipment and wood finishing make this a popular place even in mid-season.
An extra bed can be added if required.

From inside the studio and the small private garden, the view covers the lake from Malcesine to Sirmione.

BERGAMOTTO
(fruit known especially for the essential oil used as a base in the preparation of eaux de Cologne)

Bergamotto's entrance looks directly over the path that leads to Oldesio.
The studio, consisting of one bedroom on the ground floor with a large bathroom, has the living area on a mezzanine floor with a kitchenette equipped with brand-name domestic appliances.
There is central heating and air-conditioning.
An additional bed can be added to the bedroom, which has a double bed, likewise to the living area, if four beds are required.
In this studio, we wanted to retain the characteristic aspect of the casello; the walls are exposed stone and the stairs to the mezzanine area form a very evocative arch.
This studio's tenants have access to the garden's fifth terrace and can easily enjoy the deckchairs for sunbathing or a moment of pure relaxation.
